Rainbow Harvest Farm currently grows three varieties of blueberries:
Blueray, Bluecrop, and Jersey.
1. Bluecrop is a firm, light blue, medium sized berry that is extremely flavorful.
2. Blueray produces a high quality, large, and sweet berry that can be as big as 1/2 inch across. It is similar to the Bluecrop only a bit sweeter.
3. Jersey is a medium sized, rich blue, very sweet berry that is an excellent choice for baking.
All varieties are delicious, exceptionally nutritious and can be a gourmet treat in cobblers, cakes, sauces or syrups and preserves.
